Delivery Rate

£20 flat rate — whole of the UK.
No postcode restrictions. No hidden fees. No complicated delivery tiers. Every customer pays the same rate regardless of location.

Delivery Timeframe

Next day tracked delivery.
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following morning.

We dispatch exclusively via DPD and APC Overnight — two of the UK’s most reliable tracked courier services. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.

How We Keep Your Beef Cold

Every box is packed in wool insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain a safe temperature throughout transit. This keeps your beef frozen or chilled for up to 48 hours — well within next day delivery timeframes.

All beef is vacuum packed before being placed inside the insulated box. This double layer of protection means your order always arrives in perfect condition.

Can I Freeze the Beef on Arrival?

Yes. All cuts are vacuum packed and suitable for freezing immediately on arrival. Vacuum packed halal beef lasts up to 6 months in the freezer without losing quality or flavour.

If your order arrives chilled rather than frozen, place it in the freezer immediately or use within 3 days if keeping in the fridge.

Delivery Days

We dispatch Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched the following Monday.
